Michael Dunlop To Race Honda Legends Bike At UGP June 2013





Michael Dunlop has confirmed he will be riding the Honda TT Legends Fireblade at the Ulster Grand Prix come August.

The 24-year-old Ballymoney man was originally to ride this bike only at the North West 200 and the Isle of Man TT races but will now beable to give his fans another treat and watch him on it in action again.

The County Antrim man won the opening race aboard the Superbike on the works machine at the TT.

"It rode lovely at the TT and we got a win there so it would be good to do the same at the Ulster”.

"We've done a lot of work on the bike during the NW 200 and the TT and we're in a good position now," said Dunlop.

Dunlop had wins at Dundrod the fastest road race in the world last year on the Superstock and Superbike races. 

All the action takes place over the 7.4-mile circuit on 12 – 17 August.

Teammate on the Honda Legends, John McGuinness will miss out on this years Ulster Grand Prix as the dates clash with a round of the Endurance World Championship.
